At AquaTech Pools & Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic equipment and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chemicals, and hardware components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to AquaTech

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to ensure it meet safety standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
